After fifteen years of dedicated growing we decided to make something special from our wild and beautiful property.
while they tried to capture the sweet roots of our vines.
Blending together our three main varietals brought about Nimble hog whose name evokes both the most refined and grounded elements of our winemaking.
Finding the right balance each year between our Cab, Syrah and Zin demands an oenological intelligence.
We have spent the past five years developing our process while banishing the critters to their wooded lairs.
Our Syrah grapes have garnered praise and awards over the years from the wine making industry.
By holding back a small portion of the fruit we produce we were able to create a true reserve wine. Nobis Syrah is crafted in batches of no more than 300 cases per year from the most sought after block on our property.
A fondness for the Rhône style of wine making led us to produce an aromatic wine with good weight and freshness.
For over a decade we have focused on being exceptional growers.
We believe our land and the fruit it produces are unique.
Our passion for farming has helped create this collection of wines that we are proud to present.
